Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Refunds are only issued at the sole discretion of

JIC Thee Hair Junkie if it is determined that a refund is necessary. Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photos or videos of the issue.

We do not issue refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect address entered by the customer

• Delayed shipping caused by the carrier

• Wigs or frontals that have been worn, installed, cut, colored, washed, or altered colored, washed, or altered in any way
